so embraced the 8 Secrets John teaches that a company-wide initiative
has begun
to train all BI employees, using the 8 Secrets as
the cultural foundation throughout the organization. John first worked
with BI’s Top 30 executives and quickly gained their support for
his ideology and training model. From there, he developed a “train
the trainer” program so that leaders within BI are able to ensure
the highest level of collaboration, productivity, and profitability between
managers and their teams. As a featured speaker at the All Company meeting
in Minneapolis, John went so far as to have BNW's artistic director Caleb
McEwen throw knives at him AND at BI Vice President Trey Altemose. The
